DTI Releases New Piezomotor Evaluation Kits
DTI releases new evaluation kits for its Piezo Rhino and Piezo Beetle series of ultrasonic rotary piezomotors. Each kit includes a piezomotor, electronic driver/controller board, cables, 12 V DC power supply and manual. Evaluation kits provide a valuable tool for those interested in learning more about the performance and operation of DTI's piezomotors.

DTI Announces Development of New Class of Piezoelectric Valves
DTI is pleased to announce the development of a range of novel motorized piezoelectric valves ("piezo valves"). The new piezo valves (pats pending) are divided into 3 main types depending on their mode of operation. They include a piezoelectric ball valve, a piezoelectric eccentric pinch valve and a piezoelectric linear pinch valve. The new class of piezo valves provides a superior alternative to conventional motorized valves in many industrial and biomedical applications.

DTI releases 3 new Rotary Piezomotor Models.
DTI is pleased to announce that it has developed 3 new models of its popular
rotary piezoelectric motors to complement the Company's growing Piezo
Beetle™ series. The new additions to the series include; Models: PMLL-11R,
PMLL-18R and PMLB-3/27R. The new models are available in sizes as small as 6
mm (O.D.).

DTI is pleased to announce that it has developed 6 new models of its popular
rotary piezoelectric motors to complement the Company's growing Piezo
Rhino™ series. The new additions to the series include; Models: PM-28R,
PM-28RS, PM-46R and PM-46RS, which offer increased torques from 1.2 Nm to 5
Nm; and the pcb-mounted Models UPM-22 and UPM-46.

DTI's Robotic positioning system, RoboMate™, granted US patent.
US
Patent No.: US 7,395,607 B1 "Rotational and translational
microposition apparatus and method" was granted on July 8th, 2008.
The patent describes DTI's miniature robotic system and is based
around DTI's ultrasonic piezomotor technology.

wins Nanotech Briefs®' Nano 50T
Award.
Nanotech Briefs®
Nano 50T selection committee announced it had chosen DTI's robotic
system, RoboMate as a winner of the third annual Nano 50T Awards.
The Nano 50T Awards recognize the top 50 technologies, products, and
innovators that have significantly impacted, or are expected to
impact the state of the art in nanotechnology.
DTI's Dr. Valentin Zhelyaskov accepted with the award on behalf of
DTI, during the NASA Tech Briefs National Nano Engineering
Conference, November, 2007.
